About Türkiye Government Scholarship:
Türkiye Scholarships is a government-funded, competitive program that awards scholarships to international students to study at top universities in Türkiye. The program aims to build a network of future leaders for cooperation and mutual understanding. Türkiye Scholarships offers comprehensive financial support, tuition fees, accommodation, health insurance, university placement, academic, social, and cultural facilities to awardees at all higher education levels.

Türkiye Scholarship Benefit:
- Offers university and department placements.
- Covers tuition fees.
- Provides 1-year Turkish language course for language learning.
- Provides accommodation for students in new countries.

- Provides health insurance for necessary services.
- Offers monthly stipends at various levels.
Scholarship Eligibility:
- Citizens of all countries except Turkish citizens.
- Graduates or those who will graduate at the end of the current academic year (before August 2024).
- Researchers and academics.
- For undergraduate programs: being under the age of 21.
- For master’s programs: being under the age of 30.
- For PhD programs: being under the age of 35.
- For Research Scholarship: being under the age of 50.
Important Documents/Information:
- Valid identity document, ID card, or passport.
- Candidate’s recent photograph.
- National exam results.
- Diploma or temporary graduation certificate.
- Transcript.
- International exam results (GRE, GMAT, SAT).
- International language test results (TOEFL, DELF).
- Research proposal and written research example (for PhD applications).
Turkish universities offer programs in English and other languages, but candidates must provide an internationally accepted language proficiency certificate. Most programs require international admission test results, and those with international qualifications like SAT or GCSE must provide minimum secondary school requirements. Türkiye Scholarships awardees without a C1 Level Certificate must attend a 1-year Turkish Language Course.
Application Window:
Türkiye Scholarships applications for 2024 will be accepted for international students from all countries between 10th January and 20th February 2024.
