Overview:

The Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship (GOI-IES) offers 60 scholarships annually to high-calibre international students pursuing master’s or PhD studies in Ireland, funded by the government and managed by the Higher Education Authority.

Government of Ireland Scholarship Benefits:

Scholarship Eligibility:

  • Eligibility requires domiciliary outside EU/EEA/Switzerland/UK.
  • Application for master’s or PhD program at eligible higher education institution.
  • Conditional or final offer of admission required at application time.
  • Offer letter must confirm full-time program as an international fee-paying student.
  • Russian and Belarussian nationals not eligible due to Russia’s aggression in Ukraine.
