Fully Funded McCall MacBain Scholarship at McGill University

The 2025 McCall MacBain scholarship at McGill university is fully-funded program masters or professional degrees. It also gives you living stipends to cover your living expenses while you’re studying. If you need to move to Montréal, they’ll give you money to help with that too. This scholarship, provides a mentor, coach, and advisors to help scholars. They’ll support you and give you guidance. This program is not only about developing your leadership skills, but also about giving you chances to learn more and explore your interests.

Applications are open for the 2025 cohort. Up to 20 Canadians (citizens, permanent residents, and refugees) and 10 international candidates will be chosen as McCall MacBain Scholars for 2024 admission. As a McCall MacBain Scholarship applicant, you are eligible for additional awards. Close to 100 finalists and regional awards will be offered to candidates who distinguish themselves during the interview process.

The McCall MacBain Scholarship application is available online from June to August / September 2024 for Summer / Fall 2025 admission. McGill admissions are separate, and you must submit two reference forms.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for the McCall MacBain Scholarships, you must meet the following criteria.

  • You are a current student on track to earn your first bachelor’s degree by August 2025
  • You earned your first bachelor’s degree in the last five years (January or later)
  • You earned your first bachelor’s degree more than five years ago, and are 30 years or younger at any point in 2024
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent as recognized by McGill)
  • You also need to meet the minimum degree and language requirements for McGill master’s program admission.

  • International students: August 21st, 2024
  • Canada and United States: September 25th, 2024
